Dress to Impress is kicking off its festive cheer today with a Winter Wonderland event inside the Roblox game, which will continue until January 14. That’s an entire month for players to craft outfits designed to steal the spotlight, while also figuring out the puzzling disappearance of Santa.
Indeed, after months of players speculating on bizarre happenings within the game — including theories that Lana, the in-game nail artist, was secretly swapped with some strange clone — there’s a new mystery to crack open.
The community of stylists needs to uncover Santa’s whereabouts and save Christmas just in time. In the meantime, players can swing by Santa’s Workshop to assist the busy elves while their leader is missing in action.
The game’s creators recently teased an update on TikTok, showcasing a fashionista dressing up a tree in full Santa attire. Although the preview doesn’t reveal much more — akin to the Charli XCX-inspired brat update teasers — we do have some exciting details about what’s on the horizon.
Beyond the search-and-rescue mission for Santa and helping his elves, you can look forward to wandering through the Candy Cane Forest, taking a ride on flying reindeer through an obstacle course, and exploring an ancient ice cave. Sounds like Dress to Impress has really upped its game since the days when I strutted the catwalk doing the apple dance dressed as Spongebob.
Of course, what would a Dress to Impress event be without fresh apparel? Players can expect a variety of new clothing and accessories for both male and female avatars. New winter items, poses, an ice rink, café, and an updated lobby await exploration.
