For the first time in the UK, Animal Crossing: New Horizons, a game that has delighted over 46 million players worldwide since its debut in March 2020, is joining forces with SEA LIFE UK for an extraordinary live event. This exciting partnership offers guests the chance to explore fascinating marine life right alongside some of their favorite characters from the game.
Launching at SEA LIFE Manchester on February 8th, 2025, this intriguing journey will make its way to SEA LIFE Birmingham, SEA LIFE Brighton, SEA LIFE London, and SEA LIFE Chessington World of Adventures Resort, promising to bring joy to fans of both SEA LIFE and Animal Crossing: New Horizons.
SEA LIFE UK, managed by Merlin Entertainments—recognized as the second largest leisure company globally and a pivotal part of the world’s most extensive aquarium network—provides a perfect setting for this exceptional adventure. With themed zones that span the Atlantic and Arctic to the Rainforest and Tropics, and home to a multitude of marine creatures, visitors will step into a world teeming with life and wonder.

Armed with a helpful tour guide, guests will delve into the ‘Sea Life Islands’, meeting islanders like Aurora and Octavian, while discovering an array of sea creatures. They’ll get to partake in a fossil dig to uncover ancestors of today’s sea life, and go on a mission to find Gulliver, stranded on the island’s sandy shores.
Visitors can collect character stamps, learn intriguing facts about SEA LIFE’s inhabitants, and have the chance to meet the ever-popular Tom Nook and Isabelle. To cap off their visit, fans can browse and shop for Animal Crossing: New Horizons-themed merchandise at the aquarium’s store.
