Get ready to have your reflexes put to the test with DodgeCraft, an exciting new VR sports training game now available on Quest and PlayStation VR2.
INCISIV Ltd, a studio based in Belfast, is back with their second release following their debut title, CleanSheet Soccer. With DodgeCraft, they’re bringing a unique blend of fast-paced action and strategic deception, challenging your agility in fresh and engaging ways. You can get a glimpse of the action in the video below.
The game offers two distinct modes. ‘Dodge’Em’ ensures a full-body workout through intense sessions where you must navigate an asteroid field, ducking and weaving to avoid incoming meteorites. Meanwhile, ‘Run the Gauntlet’ pits you against waves of bots and humanoids employing clever tricks to slip past your defenses. The game also supports mixed reality, enhancing your immersive experience.
Professor Cathy Craig, CEO of INCISIV, sheds light on the inspiration behind DodgeCraft in a press release. Drawing from her own experiences and struggles as an out-half for Ulster Rugby, she shares, “As a player, I often found myself hesitating to make tackles. DodgeCraft is designed to help you develop decisive defensive skills without the physical risks. Essentially, it’s a way to train hard without the usual pain!”
You can dive into the adrenaline-packed world of DodgeCraft today on the Meta Quest platform and PlayStation VR2.
