Today, Nintendo had its own way of dealing with all the rumors and leaks swirling around by officially revealing the Nintendo Switch 2, slated for a 2025 launch. The announcement was pretty low-key, or as some might say, “meh.” Feel free to take a look at the first-look trailer and see if it piques your interest.
In terms of design, there wasn’t much revealed that hadn’t already made the rounds on social media. The video gave us a glimpse of the device’s increased size and highlighted an upgraded support stand. It also delved into Joy-Con connectivity. It’s as though Nintendo decided to say, “Well, if you’re leaking the dull parts, we’ll keep the exciting details under wraps until April.”
