The Sims 4 Unveils March 2025 Update

The Sims 4 has just rolled out an update that aims to enhance the Businesses and Hobbies expansion, offering players a smoother experience. While there are bug fixes for the base game and earlier expansions, this update primarily targets the new pack.

In The Sims 4, managing a small business is the highlight of the Businesses & Hobbies expansion, launched back on March 6, 2025. Players have a plethora of ways to make money, diving into new activities like tattooing, pottery, and mentorship, which allow for creative business ventures.

This update, released on March 20, 2025, introduces various improvements to ease the business management aspect. Simple optimizations like correctly displaying bought business names, showing food servings when selling, and fixing the career panel for employee management have been addressed. The Skillful Sleep Skill Mastery Perk has also been refined to help the ghostly Sim clone focus better on skill development.

One major nuisance solved in this update is the behavior of burglars. Previously, thieves could walk away with items like toilet stalls, leaving players unable to replace them. The update tackles this by preventing such thefts. Though burglary remains a part of the game, it also restricts customers from dropping by after business hours or meddling with garden plants.
